Jesse completed his Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a Minor in Geography and Environmental Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, ON, in 2008. Jesse then attended Michigan State University College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2011. He then attended the University of Western Ontario where he successfully completed a second Juris Doctor degree as an advanced standing student in 2012.

While at Michigan State University College of Law, Jesse received the Jurisprudence Award, which recognizes the student with the highest grade in the Client Counselling and Interviewing course. Jesse was called to the bar in the state of Michigan in 2012 and to the Ontario Bar in June 2013.

Jesse completed his articles with O’Neill DeLorenzi Nanne and has previously worked with the Liberal Party of Canada in Ottawa as an extern while attending Michigan State University College of Law.

Currently, Jesse is working on a variety of litigation matters including insurance cases, personal injury cases, employment and labour disputes, negligence and commercial litigation, with interest in the areas of Employment and Labour Law, Real Estate Law, and Sports and Entertainment Law.

Jesse is happy to have returned to Sault Ste. Marie following his studies and looks forward to giving back to the community.
